By accessing or using Voyai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Voyai is an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates trip itineraries, provides travel recommendations, and facilitates hotel and flight bookings through third-party providers. The Service includes a credit-based system for trip generation and a live AI companion feature.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Trip generation requires credits, which can be purchased through our payment provider. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Hotel and flight bookings made through Voyai are processed by third-party providers (LiteAPI and partners). Voyai acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the fulfillment of bookings. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective booking provider's terms.
Itineraries and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. While we use web search grounding to improve accuracy, you should verify critical details (opening hours, prices, availability) independently before traveling. Voyai is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You agree not to: (a) abuse the Service through automated scraping or excessive API calls; (b) resell or redistribute generated content commercially; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Voyai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking issues, or financial losses.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
